Gnosoulla Tsioupra-Lewis is the Chief People & Culture Officer of Arc.

Soulla has a proven track record in developing and delivering a successful global people and culture strategy, to maximise the performance and potential of individuals, teams and the business. Soulla started her role in February 2023, joining Arc from The Economist Group, where she was the Chief Talent Officer. Prior to that, she was Chief People Officer at The Telegraph, and Senior Vice President, HR Global at UBM plc. Soulla is a qualified lawyer and began her career at global law firm, Baker & McKenzie, where she specialised in employment law.

Soulla is a trustee at The Menopause Charity which provides information, advice and support for women, healthcare professionals and employers on perimenopause and menopause. She was also a trustee and then Chair of a UK charity supporting homeless people, refugees, and victims of domestic violence.
