Sanjeevan Bala is the Chief Digital and AI Officer of Arc

Sanjeevan has been at the frontier of several value creation transformations, his international experience ranges from digital marketplaces, retail, healthcare, utilities, financial services and has spent over 10 years as the Chief Data & AI Officer at Channel4 and ITV.

He serves as a Non Executive Director for Bakkavor and SThree Plc, and sits on a number of advisory boards including

Gartner CDAIO and The DMA (Data & Marketing Association). He also teaches applied AI to the next generation of Global Executive MBA at INSEAD Business School.

His work has won numerous international awards for innovation, and he has been recognised as the Most Influential Person in Data & AI by DataIQ and listed as one of the Global AI thought leaders.
